Our mission at Head Start, a child and family development program, is to provide each child with an opportunity to grow and develop in a safe and nurturing environment.

Caring and professional staff work towards the social and emotional needs of the children, but also encourage and supports the skills needed for the families to thrive.

Early Head Start

Serves children birth to age three and pregnant mothers. The home based program promotes early childhood development, supports families, and encourages growth in all member of the family.

Head Start

Serves children ages 3-5, four half days a week in a classroom setting. Head Start utilizes Teaching Strategies Gold curriculum and assessment to prepare children for kindergarten. Head Start is a 4-Star Parent Aware Rated Program.
