About Me

I have been working as a Special Education teacher for Minnewaska High School since 2009.Everyday is an amazing adventure that I get to share with a wonderful team of teachers and students!

I graduated in 2004 from Jefferson High School in Alexandria and attended college at Minnesota State University Moorhead. I majored in Special Education in the areas of Developmental Cognitive Disabilities, Physical and Health Disabilities, and Learning Disabilities. I received my Master's degree in Autism Spectrum Disorders through Minnesota State University Moorhead in December 2014.  I live in the area with my husband, two sons, and chihuahuas Roxy and Sophie.
