Online Ticketing and Admission Expands

The Minnewaska Area Activities Department would like to keep everyone updated about Laker online ticketing and admission to MAHS events for the 2025-2026 school year. Online ticketing for school activities (at MAHS, including volleyball, football, swimming & diving, dance, girls’ and boys’ basketball, and wrestling) has become a staple in many area schools and will continue to expand. MSHSL State Tournaments and several section tournaments have moved to online ticketing only.

Most importantly, online ticketing is a significant advantage to school districts across the state as it expedites the time and efficiency of account preparation and closure. The Minnewaska Activities Department will continue to use online ticketing plans. To accomplish this, the following activity payment options and processes will be utilized during the upcoming 2025-26 school year.

Minnewaska Laker Activity Admission Plan:
The GoFan website or app allows you to purchase game-day tickets, sign up for free Laker student passes, and purchase adult activity passes. When using GoFan, once you make a purchase, it is stored on your smartphone and checked in as you arrive at Laker events. The GoFan Online Ticket Option is located on the activities page or can be access directly here.

• Military Veterans: All veterans will be admitted FREE to all Laker REGULAR season athletic events that charge admission. Veterans simply need to notify the admission table of their status as they enter the event.
• Super Senior Passport: All Minnewaska School District #2149 citizens age 60+ will be eligible to receive a FREE 2025-26 Individual Season Pass (non-transferrable) to all Laker regular-season athletic events that charge admission. The only requirement to receive the pass is that individuals complete a brief questionnaire in the Minnewaska Area High School Principal’s office during business hours (7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.). Once details are completed, a pass will be assigned to the office during registration.
• Laker Students: All Minnewaska Laker Students (K-12) will be admitted FREE to all Laker regular-season athletic events that charge admission. To be admitted free, Laker students will be emailed a link to download a season pass on the GoFan App and register for a season student pass, or they can show their current Laker Student ID at the time of admission.
• Adult Spectators: Adults can purchase an Individual 2025-26 Season Activity Pass using the GoFan app. The cost for an individual season pass is $100 and is available for all Laker regular-season athletic events that charge admission. This option is the best value for adult spectators who fall outside of the other listed categories.
• Pay by Event: Adults and visiting students can purchase tickets using the GoFan app or website in advance or at the door by scanning the Laker QR Code with a smartphone’s camera. The cost is $8.00 for adults or $5.00 for students.
• Pay Cash: A cash box will be available at the admission table. The admission cost for BOTH adults and students not using GoFan is $10.
