Congratulations Tyson and Jakob at State Wrestling!

Congratulations to Tyson Meyer on his third consecutive state title by winning the championship at 182 pounds. Way to go Tyson on your undefeated season and distinguished career for Laker wrestling!

Congratulations to Jakob Swalla on his second place finish at 285 pounds at the State Class A Wrestling Tournament. Way to go Jake on your fantastic year and distinguished career for Laker wrestling!

The tournament was held at St. Michael/Albertville High School on March 25-27th.

Knowledge Bowl Team

Knowledge Bowl Places 22nd in the State Tournament!

Congratulations to the Minnewaska Area High School Knowledge Bowl team of Henry Hauser, Jarrod Haus, Marissa Kjorness, Isaac Meyer, Nik VanDyke, and coach Mike Troen as they captured 22nd place at the State Knowledge Bowl Competition on Friday, April 9th. 


Annika Stensrud competes in National BPA Competition

Congratulations to Laker senior Annika Stensrud on qualifying for the National BPA Competition in the Administrative Support Research Project category. The National competition will be held virtually this year in early May! Go Lakers!

Minnewaska Laker Foundation

The Laker Foundation was formed in September 2007 as a non-profit organization, to support and improve the activities programs at Minnewaska Area School District #2149. Our mission is to maximize educational opportunities for students to participate in Minnewaska Laker activities.
