ECFE TEACHER

Minnewaska Area Schools has an opening for a part-time Early Childhood Family Education teacher at the Minnewaska Early Childhood Program - approx. 8-10 hrs/wk during the school year. Ability to work with young children, other staff, and parents in a team setting to provide early learning experiences for children birth to age 5. Minnewaska Area Schools has an immediate opening for a Part-Time School Readiness Teacher – approx. 15 hrs/week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for Minnewaska Little Lakers Preschool. MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL

Minnewaska Area Schools is seeking applications for a 1.0 FTE Mental Health Professional for our W.I.N. Academy program to provide case management and mental health therapy in a K-12 school setting. Qualifying licenses included LMFT, LP, LICSW or LPCC.

FOOD SERVICE OPENINGS

Minnewaska Area Schools has openings for Cooks including a Head Cook position. These are 9 month positions, 4-6 hrs/day (169 student school days). Food Safety Certification preferred. Benefit package included.

Minnewaska Area Schools has an immediate opening at Minnewaska Area High School for a Community Education/Activities Office Assistant. This is an 8 hr/day position from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily, with additional evening hours for community education and school activities. Responsibilities include providing direct support to the director in developing, creating, coordinating and publicizing all community education and school activities while providing students, staff and community with knowledgeable and professional services as a public relations liaison for these programs. Office experience preferred along with 2 years post-secondary education.

Bus Drivers

Palmer Bus Service is seeking safe, reliable drivers for school bus routes, substitute drivers and field trips and special events for the 2019-20 school year. Palmer Bus Service will provide paid training for the licensing requirements, as well as reimbursements for medical exam, drug screening and background check. Position requires a Class B CDL with school bus and air brake endorsements. Very flexible scheduling for drivers.
