ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Minnewaska Area Schools is accepting applications for a responsible, collaborative, energetic, full time Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing assistance to the superintendent, school board, staff and students in conducting the overall operation of the school district. This individual is responsible for directing and reviewing the daily work and activities of the superintendent and school board directly, in a confidential and reliable manner. This position is required to perform at a high level with minimum direction and supervision in an effective efficient and trustworthy manner. This is a full-time 12 month/year position with full benefits. Approximate hours are 7:00-3:30.

Minnewaska Area Schools has an opening for a Full-Time Mental Health Practitioner beginning Fall 2019. BA or MA degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling required with a minimum of 2 years experience in the Human Service field.

Minnewaska Area Schools has an immediate opening for a Part-Time School Readiness Teacher – approximately 15 hrs/week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for Minnewaska Little Lakers Preschool.  Early childhood/Pre-K licensure preferred; ability to work with young children, other staff, and parents in a team setting. Classroom experience preferred.
