NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of Minnewaska Area School District (“District”) has declared the real property located at 505 3rd Street SE, Glenwood, Minnesota, as surplus property and has authorized its sale.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: 505 3rd Street SE, Glenwood, Minnesota
LISTING PERIOD: The property will be listed for sale on the open market beginning approximately April 1, 2026, through a licensed real estate broker. Interested buyers should submit offers through the listing broker no later than April 15, 2026.
BOARD REVIEW: The Board of Education will review all offers received at its meeting on Monday, April 20, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the Minnewaska Area Schools District Office Board Room, 25122 State Hwy 28, Glenwood, Minnesota. The meeting is open to the public.
TERMS:
• Offers must be submitted in writing through the listing broker using standard real estate contract documents.
• The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers and to select the offer deemed most advantageous to the District.
• The Board of Education’s acceptance of any offer is subject to formal Board approval at a duly noticed public meeting. No offer shall be binding on the District until such approval is granted.
• The property is sold as-is, where-is, without warranty, express or implied.
